How do I get started?

-If you would like us to bill your insurance, you will need to get a referral from your primary care doctor.  Let them know that they can fax the referral to us at 208) 450-2408.
-If we are not going through insurance, we offer a cash pay discount and there is no referral needed.  Just call to schedule an appointment.

What insurances do you accept?

-Our office is contracted with Medicaid, Regence, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna,
St Lukes Health Plan, Pacific Source,
Mountain Health Co-Op, Select Health and Tri-care.
-We are NOT contracted with UHC, UMR, Aetna and FCN.  Your plan may still have out of network coverage and pay towards your visit.  Our office will verify your benefits.  It may be cheaper for you to pay cash and get our self pay discount instead of your out of network benefits.  We will discuss your options.

What should I expect during my first visit?

- Your first visit will be an Initial Evaluation. This appointment will take anywhere between 30-60 min.  You will need to fill out a new patient history profile either on-line or in the office.  This information along with clinician observation, conversations with the caregiver(s) and a standardized test, will help determine your child's needs and strengths. 
-Our therapist will use this information to determine a plan of care/ treatment plan.  This plan will include patient goals and frequency of visits.  Most of our patients are seen once a week but the frequency will be determined by the therapist.
-Once the treatment plan/ treatment sessions begin, most sessions are 30 min.
