How do I get started?
If we are going through your insurance, you will need to get a referral from your primary care doctor.
They can fax the referral to us at 208) 450-2408.
If we are not going through insurance, there is no referral needed. Call to schedule an appointment.
What insurances do you accept?
Our office is contracted with Medicaid, Regence, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, St Lukes Health Plan, Cigna, Pacific Source, Mountain Health Co-Op,
Select Health and Tri-care. We are NOT contracted with UHC, UMR, Aetna and FCN.
Your plan may still have out of network coverage and pay towards your visit. Our office will verify your benefits. It may be cheaper for you to pay cash and get our self pay discount instead of your out of network benefits.
What should I expect?
Your Initial Evaluation will take anywhere between 30-60 min. The clinician will administer a standardized test and observe your child's needs and strengths. Our
therapist will use this information to
determine a treatment plan. Most of our patients are seen once a week but the frequency will be determined by the
therapist. Once the treatment plan begins, most sessions are 30 min.
